Working as a freelance designer at on101.co.uk I helped produce 16 digital installations including 21 short films.
These interactives allowed visitors to interact with specimens and tools projected on an interactive desk, whilst being instructed by videos of scientists. Videos were scripted and edited so that they appear to have a level of artificial intelligence.
Some multi-user interactives were triggered by touching objects, or set challenges for visitors such work together to catch mosquitoes, and then choose the best methods to control the spread of Malaria. In another of our interactives the visitor identifies butterflies.
