BRIEF:

Conceive a strategy for bringing together the creatives, projects and ideas from iris offices all over the world together into a social networking platform.

Scoping

  • DEFINING FEATURES
    User profiles - pics, contact details, areas of expertise, Groups – form around projects, pitches, areas of interest, Blogs – at least for internal use eg replacing product blog, Filesharing – images, videos; also pdf and Office files – word, ppt, etc, Wiki – able to act as a knowledge repository; file upload; etc. Can be used to share (and search) case studies, Feeds – notify users of new content, Communication – something to replace email .

  • Using wireframes I helped define the funtional elements of the page and visualise potential layouts and flow of the site.
